We have set out below the terms and conditions which apply to information shown in the pages of the Blue Leaf Cards web site and to the ordering of any products from this web site. By placing an order, you agree to and accept these terms and conditions.

The material in the web site is copyright to Blue Leaf Photographic Limited. Without the prior written permission of Blue Leaf Photographic, you may not copy, modify, alter, publish, broadcast, distribute, sell or transfer any material on the web site.

Web site information

All information, services and materials on the web site are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. Blue Leaf Photographic uses all reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and up to date content on the web site but makes no representations as to accuracy, completeness or availability of the content of the web site or any content of any other web site referred to or accessed from the web site.

Liability for any injury, loss or damage (howsoever caused) is excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law. This exclusion is without prejudice to your statutory rights.

Description of products

The description and specification of products in the web site is only approximate and we reserve the right to make changes which do not materially affect the quality or performance of those products.

We may correct any error appearing in the web site or withdraw any product from sale without incurring liability.

Ordering

You may order products from the web site by adding items to your cart and then proceeding to the checkout.

An email will be sent to your email address confirming that your order has been placed. The sending of this email (whether or not it is received) makes the contract between us.

Blue Leaf Photographic Ltd reserves the right to terminate accounts, remove content or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge.

Price

The price of the products will be the price quoted in the web site at the time we accept your order. All prices quoted include VAT.

Delivery

Cards are dispatched by 1st class post within 5 to 10 working days.

We will arrange for delivery of the products you order to the address which you specify in the check out procedure. Our standard method of delivery is by first class post. However, the time for delivery will not be essential to the contract between us.

If you do not take delivery of the products or supply adequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event, we will refund you the price of the products.

If there is an error or any other delivery problem in respect of the products ordered, you must notify us in writing within 14 days after the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.

Delivery is free for all UK orders.

For non-UK orders, please visit our international orders page, where you can place greetings cards orders from any country in the world. Shipping for international orders on greetings cards is charged at a flat rate of US$ 1.99 per order.

Returns policy

We will make every effort to ensure the product reaches you in perfect order. If once you have examined the product you discover a defect please inform us immediately so we may replace or refund the product as appropriate.

If for any reason you are not happy with the goods, you can return the goods within seven working days, and we will make a full refund. Goods must be returned in perfect condition, unused and unaltered, in original packaging. Please note that return postage will not be refunded.

Events beyond our reasonable control

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under contract if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Privacy
Protecting your privacy is important to us. Your personal information will be held only by Blue Leaf Photographic Ltd and will not be disclosed to any third party for marketing purposes.

When you visit this web site, anonymous information about your visit will automatically be collected. We use this information only as anonymous aggregate data to determine the number of visitors to the web site. We do not use it to track or record information about individuals.
